How the 14-day AI trial works
See what you can do for free without the trial, what the 14-day AI trial unlocks for editing and publishing, and how to plan your use of the trial before it ends.
A strong profile helps your business stand out on Annuvell Local. The AI preview gives you a new way to review and improve your listing, but some features are unlocked only during the 14-day AI trial. Knowing exactly what you can do for free, what changes when you start the trial, and how to use your days well makes it easier to plan your updates and avoid surprises when the trial ends.
What you can see and do before starting the trial
You can claim your business and generate an AI profile preview without starting the trial. This first preview is free to view and shows your existing listing side by side with an AI-enhanced suggestion. The AI preview is stored separately and never changes your public profile by itself. This lets you see what the AI can suggest before you decide to use any of its features.
Each field in the preview is labelled to show where the information comes from:
- Supported: These are taken directly from your own published data (like your listed services or opening hours). You can accept these into your profile in one go with 'Accept all supported'.
- AI suggestion: These are improved wordings or summaries based on your facts, with the source evidence shown. For example, the AI may suggest a clearer business description. You can accept, reject, or edit (for descriptions) each suggestion.
- Add your information: These are gaps the model could not fill from your data; these act as placeholders. They do not claim anything about your business and do not count towards factual completeness.
You can see your profile’s current completeness, its completeness if all supported fields are accepted, and the potential if all suggestions and placeholders are filled. You can explore the preview, but editing, regenerating suggestions, generating FAQs, and publishing are locked until you start the trial.
What the 14-day AI trial unlocks
Once you start the free 14-day AI trial, you gain access to editing and publishing tools designed to help you shape your profile more easily. The trial is started from within the AI profile workspace and can be used once per business. No card or payment details are needed.
During the trial, you can:
- Edit and approve individual AI suggestions, including rewriting the AI-generated description to better fit your business.
- Regenerate AI suggestions for the description, service summaries, and FAQs, if you want to see different options or update after editing your underlying data.
- Generate and edit FAQs, which are based on your published information.
- Review all your approved changes in a clear from-and-to view before anything is published.
- Publish approved changes to your public profile, including the new description, FAQs, and any comparison details you confirm. The publishing process is subject to the same validation as an ordinary edit.
You will also see a dashboard showing the number of days left in your trial. If your listing changes after a preview was generated, the workspace marks the preview as stale and offers to refresh it. If the AI service is temporarily unavailable, you will see a clearly labelled example structure instead, not a stored AI result.
How to start your trial
You can start your 14-day AI trial directly from the AI profile workspace. The workspace makes it clear when the trial is available and how many days you have left. The trial is available once per business, so if you manage more than one listing, you can decide when to activate the trial for each.
There is no need to enter card or payment details. Simply click to start, and your editing tools will unlock immediately. The dashboard will show you how many days remain, so you can track your time and plan your updates accordingly.
If you have not yet claimed your listing, you can find your business and claim it for free. Once claimed, you can generate your first AI preview and decide when to start your trial.
Making the most of your 14 days
A simple plan helps you get the best value from your trial period. Here’s how you might approach your two weeks:
1. Review your AI preview before starting the trial. Use the free preview to see which fields are supported, which are suggestions, and where placeholders appear. Decide what you want to update or rewrite.
2. Gather any missing information. If placeholders appear for things like FAQs or detailed services, prepare the details you want to add. This saves time once you start editing.
3. Start your trial when you are ready to make changes. The 14-day countdown begins as soon as you activate the trial, so it makes sense to gather your facts and plan your edits first.
4. Edit and regenerate as needed. Use the trial period to test different wordings, update your description, and fill gaps. Try regenerating suggestions to see other options, especially if your business details change.
5. Check your completeness. The workspace shows your profile’s factual completeness, including how it improves as you accept supported facts and add more detail. Aim to cover as many fields as you can.
6. Publish when you are ready. Use the 'Review changes' view to check everything side by side. Only publish when you are satisfied that the profile is accurate and represents your business.
Taking a little time to plan, rather than starting the trial immediately, means you do not lose days before you are ready to make changes.
What happens when the trial ends
At the end of your 14-day period, your profile remains viewable, and you keep access to the AI preview you last generated. However, the ability to generate new drafts, edit AI suggestions, or publish further changes using the AI workspace is paused. You can still view your current profile and any suggestions or changes you made during the trial.
If you wish to update your profile after the trial, you will need to use the ordinary editing tools. Any AI-powered features requiring the trial will remain locked unless subscription plans are introduced in the future.
For a detailed walk-through of what is and is not available after the trial, you can read the guide: How AI-enhanced profiles work (and why nothing is published without you).
Where to find the latest on plans and pricing
At the time of writing, there are no paid subscription plans live for AI features or profile management. The 14-day AI trial is free, and no payment details are collected. If Annuvell Local introduces subscription plans or changes what is included, the current position will be stated clearly on the pricing page. Checking here gives you the latest details about any future changes.
