A clear, accurate business profile helps customers understand what you offer and how you compare to others. Annuvell Local’s AI preview can speed up editing, but the suggestions are only as strong as the facts behind them. Reviewing every field in a sensible order keeps your listing trustworthy and saves time later.

Start with supported facts for reliability

Begin by focusing on fields labelled Supported in the AI preview. These are filled directly from the information you have already provided—such as your business name, address, and contact details. Accepting these first anchors your profile in what you know to be true.

  • The "Accept all supported" button lets you approve every Supported field at once. This is usually the fastest and safest way to confirm the basics, as they are drawn straight from your own published data.
  • Before accepting, scan each Supported field for accuracy, especially if you have made recent updates elsewhere. If any detail is out of date or incorrect, update your source information before accepting.
  • Supported fields help set the factual base for the rest of your profile. When these are correct, any AI-generated suggestions that build on them are more likely to be relevant and usable.

By confirming your core facts first, you reduce the risk of carrying errors through to more detailed fields.

Check and improve your profile description

The next step is to review the AI-generated description, usually labelled AI suggestion. This field typically provides an improved summary or clearer wording based on your own facts, with supporting evidence shown in the preview.

  • Read the evidence presented alongside the suggested description. Check each point against what you actually offer and how you want to be represented.
  • If the suggested description is accurate and well-phrased, you can Accept it. If it is mostly correct but could be clearer or needs a minor change, choose Edit and adjust the text. This is often the best route if you spot small inaccuracies or want to add a personal touch.
  • If the AI description misses key facts, includes something you do not offer, or feels off-target, consider using Regenerate to produce a new version. Regeneration is useful if your original data was incomplete or recently updated, as the AI will try to create a better fit from the latest facts.
  • If none of the suggestions work, you can always Reject and keep or rewrite your own description.

A clear, accurate description makes your listing more inviting and helps customers quickly understand what you do.

Review your services summary for accuracy

After the description, move on to your services summary. This field may also carry the AI suggestion label and is intended to outline your main offerings in a customer-friendly way.

  • Compare the suggested services summary with your current list of services. Check that each summarised item matches a real, available service. The AI will have used your fact entries, but occasionally may group or phrase them differently.
  • Accept the suggested summary if it is correct and clear. Edit it if you spot any omissions, confusing terms, or need to clarify a service’s details. Editing is helpful for making sure your services are described in language your customers use.
  • If the summary seems to miss out important offerings or includes services you do not provide, try regenerating it. Regeneration can help if you have just updated your service list or added new details.
  • Reject any summary that is inaccurate or unhelpful, and make a note of what was wrong so you can improve your original data or wording later.

A well-written services summary helps customers decide if your business matches their needs.

Assess the suggested FAQs for relevance

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) can address typical customer concerns. The AI may suggest a set of FAQs based on your published information.

  • Read each suggested question and answer carefully. Check the evidence provided for each and consider whether the answer is both accurate and helpful to your prospective customers.
  • Accept those FAQs that are clear and genuinely useful. Edit any that need clarification or correcting. If the set is off-topic or repetitive, try regenerating to see a different selection based on your facts.
  • Reject FAQs that do not apply to your business or answer questions your customers are unlikely to ask. Keeping a note of why you rejected certain FAQs can highlight gaps or confusion in your existing published information.

FAQs can save you and your customers time by addressing common points up front, but only if they are relevant.

Confirm the comparison details for public accuracy

Comparison facts help customers weigh your business alongside others in your field, so these details require careful checking. In the AI preview, these may be labelled as AI suggestions or Supported, depending on the source.

  • For each comparison detail, review the supporting evidence and check it against what you know to be true. Details may include opening hours, specific services, or business features.
  • Accept facts that are clear, current, and accurate. Edit anything that needs to be up to date or more precise. If the AI suggestion is not correct or is based on outdated information, either regenerate (if available) or reject it entirely.
  • Take extra care with anything labelled as a comparison detail, as these facts are often what customers will use to compare your business with others. False or outdated claims can mislead or frustrate potential customers.
  • Keep a note of any rejected details and the reason, as this can guide you in updating your main business data for next time.

Accurate comparison facts help build trust and make your business easier to evaluate.

Deal with placeholders last

Any field marked Add your information is a placeholder, shown where the AI could not generate a suggestion. These fields do not count towards completeness and never claim anything about your business.

  • Use placeholders as prompts to fill in missing information, but only if you have something genuine to add. Avoid guessing or padding; stick to what you know is true.
  • Placeholders can point to areas where your original data is thin. If you see many placeholders, consider reviewing your main business profile and adding more detail there before returning to the AI workspace.
  • Remember, leaving placeholders empty does not harm your factual completeness score. Only fill them if you have real information to add.

By focusing on placeholders last, you prioritise fields that are visible to customers and make the clearest difference to your business profile.

Make notes on rejections and update your facts

As you review each field, it can be useful to keep a simple list of what you rejected and why. This helps you spot patterns—such as missing data, unclear service names, or frequently misunderstood details.

  • If you find yourself rejecting similar AI suggestions repeatedly, look for the root cause in your published information. Improving your original data will help future AI previews produce better results.
  • For each rejected item, jot down whether the problem was missing facts, confusing wording, or an outdated entry. Update your main business listing with these corrections before regenerating the AI preview.
  • This running record saves time if you need to review a stale preview or revisit the workspace after editing your profile.

Thoughtful notes make your next review session more effective and help keep your public profile accurate.

Review changes before publishing

Once you have worked through all fields in order—supported facts, description, services summary, FAQs, comparison details, then placeholders—move to the final review.

  • Use the "Review changes" view to see a clear before-and-after comparison of what will be published. Check that each approved field reflects your real-world offering.
  • Double-check for accidental omissions or anything you meant to edit but missed. This is your last chance to catch errors before they go public.
  • Only "Publish approved changes" when you are confident that all accepted and edited fields are accurate and current. The publication process applies the same checks as a manual edit, so nothing is made public until you approve it.

A careful final review keeps your listing trustworthy and avoids confusion for customers.

Next steps

Work through your AI preview in this order: supported facts, description, services summary, FAQs, comparison details, then placeholders. Accept, edit, regenerate, or reject suggestions as needed—always based on your real-world knowledge. Keep brief notes on any rejections so you can improve your source facts over time. When you are satisfied, review all changes and publish only what you have checked.

If you are new to the workspace, you can find your business and claim your listing to get started. For a closer look at the preview process, see the guide to reading the AI preview versus your current listing.
